Senior Talent Partner – Leadership & Executive Hiring (Pflegewegweiser)

Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner who doesn’t just fill roles - they shape the future of our leadership team. You’ll be the strategic partner to founders and senior leaders, running complex searches, building pipelines, and ensuring we bring in the leaders who will take us to the next level.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. Your work will be felt across the company - from the people you hire to the culture you help build.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for senior, leadership, and business-critical roles

  • Be a trusted advisor to our founder, CEO and senior leadership on talent strategy

  • Hunt top talent proactively - LinkedIn, networks, referrals - you name it

  • Build a pipeline of future leaders aligned with our growth plans

  • Challenge role definitions, seniority levels, and hiring priorities

  • Deliver a top-tier candidate experience (senior candidates love us!)

  • Improve processes, tools, and data - constantly raising the bar

  • Support onboarding so new leaders hit the ground running

  • Mentor and coach junior Talent Partners

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in senior/leadership hiring - startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments

  • Experienced in direct sourcing & executive outreach

  • Confident working with senior stakeholders - able to challenge, influence, and advise

  • Strategic thinker who also rolls up their sleeves

  • Obsessed with candidate experience and employer brand

  • Fluent in German & English (C1/C2) with senior-level interview experience

How We Operate - Non-Negotiable:

Velocity comes from focus. Kill distractions. We concentrate all firepower on the #1 critical objective until it's done. Then we attack the next one.
Decide what not to do and cut it ruthlessly. Being a mile wide and an inch deep is failure. Move the needle now.

3. Raise the Bar: Crush Mediocrity:
Mediocrity is poison. It kills speed, morale, and companies. We hunt it down and eliminate it. Good enough is never good enough.
Demand A-Player performance from yourself and everyone around you. Own your shit. Deliver excellence, fast. No excuses, no passengers.

4. The Speed Algorithm: Question. Delete. Simplify. Accelerate.
This is how we build momentum: Question every requirement – who asked? why? Delete ruthlessly – parts, processes, bureaucracy. If you don't add 10% back later, you didn't cut enough. Simplify what's left. Then, accelerate cycle time like hell.
Challenge everything. "It can't be done" means "You haven't figured it out yet. Go do it." Break bottlenecks, find shortcuts, remove friction.
