Your Role – People & Culture as a Strategic Growth Enabler

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our team on all operational and administrative HR matters, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and continue to evolve. This role is not for traditional HR administrators — it is for doers with a startup mentality.

You will:

  • Build and maintain scalable HR structures that grow with the company, including employment contracts, policies, digital HR infrastructure, and personnel documentation (both digital and physical).

  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and HR reporting in collaboration with Finance to ensure accurate and timely administration.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new colleagues have a smooth start and exits are handled efficiently and compliantly.

  • Oversee HR administration and compliance, ensuring labor law adherence, updating HR policies, and managing contracts, references, and personnel files.

  • Support employees and managers with everyday HR questions

  • Optimize HR processes and systems, implementing and improving digital tools, automating repetitive tasks, and tracking HR metrics for reporting.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of professional HR experience, preferably as a Senior HR Operations Manager, Senior HR Generalist, Senior People Operations Manager, or similar role

  • Extensive knowledge of HR administration

  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment in working with people

  • Organizational talent, structured working style, and hands-on mentality

  • Affinity for digital tools, HR software, and efficient processes

  • Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken
