Your Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you are the driving force behind our market expansion.
You develop new customer-acquisition strategies, run growth experiments, and ensure that our messages reach exactly where they have the greatest impact.
Your work ensures that families can access our services faster – and that we continue to strengthen our market leadership.
Your Tasks
Design, execute, and analyze data-driven growth strategies and campaigns across all channels, including SEA/SEO, paid social, online partnerships and content marketing,
Constantly identify new growth opportunities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Work collaboratively with our operational and tech teams to develop consistent messaging and positioning.
Optimize the marketing funnel to improve customer journeys and increase conversion rates.
Track and report on key performance indicators, including customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and channel-specific performance.
Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities.
Your Profile
4+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, ideally in scale-ups, digital platforms, or fast-growing environments.
Proven success in building and scaling growth channels (e.g., google ads, paid social).
Strong analytical skills and confident handling of KPIs and tools such as GA4, HubSpot, or similar.
Experience in conversion optimization, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven work.
High digital affinity and a strong sense for audience-focused communication.
Pragmatic under pressure and able to make smart decisions at high speed.
Languages: fluent in German and English.
