Your Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you are the driving force behind our market expansion.
You develop new customer-acquisition strategies, run growth experiments, and ensure that our messages reach exactly where they have the greatest impact.

Your work ensures that families can access our services faster – and that we continue to strengthen our market leadership.

Your Tasks

  • Design, execute, and analyze data-driven growth strategies and campaigns across all channels, including SEA/SEO, paid social, online partnerships and content marketing,

  • Constantly identify new growth opportunities to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Work collaboratively with our operational and tech teams to develop consistent messaging and positioning.

  • Optimize the marketing funnel to improve customer journeys and increase conversion rates.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and channel-specific performance.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, ideally in scale-ups, digital platforms, or fast-growing environments.

  • Proven success in building and scaling growth channels (e.g., google ads, paid social).

  • Strong analytical skills and confident handling of KPIs and tools such as GA4, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Experience in conversion optimization, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven work.

  • High digital affinity and a strong sense for audience-focused communication.

  • Pragmatic under pressure and able to make smart decisions at high speed.

  • Languages: fluent in German and English.
