Senior Fullstack Engineer (m/f/d)

For our Berlin-based tech hub, we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer ready to take real ownership in building and scaling our core platform. If you enjoy working across the full stack, care about clean, scalable architecture, and want to make a meaningful impact in healthcare, this role could be a great fit. You will join a small, focused team in Berlin and take responsibility for managing and further developing our two core software solutions, continuously building and shipping new features with a strong focus on workflow automation and data analytics. Our tech stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js, among others.

What you will be working on:

• Development: Create hands-on, high-quality software solutions and applications

• Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge and experience to address our technical challenges

• Collaboration: Engage closely with interdisciplinary teams, including Product, Operations, and Patient Care Teams

• Project Management: Assume end-to-end responsibility for technical projects, overseeing the entire development cycle from conception to rollout

About you:

• You have a genuine passion for technology, driven by curiosity and an “inquiring mind”

• With substantial experience as a fullstack developer across diverse companies, you're especially well-suited if you've worked with highly sensitive data

• You're proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js, and bring hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs

• Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
