As part of this growth, we are expanding our services to include online diaper sales. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of this new sales channel. This role is about managing the end-to-end e-commerce operations, from the platform to workflows, tools, integrations, logistics, and customer experience. Curiosity, initiative, and a data-driven mindset matter more to us than rigid processes.
The focus is on building an efficient, scalable online sales channel, ensuring operational excellence, smooth customer journeys, and alignment with our core business of family caregiving.
What You’ll Do
Own and operate our online diaper sales channel Onlineshop für Inkontinenzprodukte – Pflegewegweiser Shop end-to-end, with full responsibility for performance and operational workflows.
Collaborate closely with our external logistics partner to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery processes.
Manage tools and integrations across e-commerce platforms, CRM, ERP/WaWi, analytics, and internal systems; ensure reliable, traceable, and scalable data flows.
Continuously optimize category pages, website layout, and shop structure – including fonts, product page design, and overall user experience – to improve conversion rates.
Support analysis of product pricing and assortment, providing insights to guide strategic decisions and determine optimal pricing.
Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer operations, product, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and use insights to drive improvements in efficiency, operations, and conversion without focusing solely on marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Proven, hands-on experience building and managing Shopify-based e-commerce platforms.
Strong technical understanding of e-commerce tools and integrations (Shopify ecosystem, CRM such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, GA4).
Experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including tools, workflows, logistics, and process optimization.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with full ownership from problem discovery to production-ready solutions.
Ability to analyze operational data and translate it into actionable insights for business decisions.
Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Fluent in German and English.
