Your role

  • Bring clarity to complexity by creating structure, setting priorities, and driving decisions forward.

  • Ensure that strategic initiatives are not only planned, but actually executed.

  • Be present where it matters most — solving urgent challenges while building sustainable solutions.

  • Act as a member of the Swiss Leadership team, partnering closely across the business — not as a gatekeeper, but as an execution-driven operator with full visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Shadowing & Ownership: Support, take ownership, and drive key initiatives forward

  • Translate strategic goals into clear projects, processes, and execution plans

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Tech, Care, and Business Development

  • Build a lean but effective management system (OKRs, dashboards, meeting cadences)

  • Identify and remove bottlenecks along the customer journey (onboarding, advisory, documentation)

  • Act as a sparring partner to the Managing Director on strategic topics

  • Set the standard for “speed with clarity” across the organization

You bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consultancy or a similar high-growth/scale-up environment

  • Strong hands-on mindset combined with a structured, strategic way of thinking

  • Affinity for digital tools and automation, close cooperation across teams and departments, including the Tech team

  • High execution drive, ownership, and proactivity

  • Clear, pragmatic communication across all levels

  • Strong learning mindset and team orientation

  • Fluent in German and English

Working model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office (Monday to Thursday)

Build momentum by questioning every requirement: who asked and why? Delete ruthlessly — parts, processes, bureaucracy. Simplify what remains. Accelerate cycle times relentlessly. “It can’t be done” means “You haven’t figured it out yet — go do it.” Break bottlenecks, find shortcuts, and remove friction.
