To build and scale this vertical, we are looking for a Head of Homecare Products who will take full ownership of the category.

This is a foundational leadership role with significant autonomy and direct impact on the future of the company. The role reports directly to the Managing Director of Switzerland and will be part of the extended leadership team of Pflegewegweiser.

The Role:

As Head of Homecare Products, you will build and scale our physical products business for family caregivers—from defining the product portfolio to running e-commerce operations and building scalable supply and distribution.

You will operate with General Manager–level ownership, including P&L responsibility, and lead the commercial and operational development of the Homecare product vertical.

Your mission is to turn Homecare Products into a major growth engine within the Pflegewegweiser ecosystem.

What you will do:

Build and Scale a New Business Vertical

• Take full ownership of the Homecare Products business

• Define the long-term strategy and growth roadmap for the category

• Identify high-impact opportunities to better serve the needs of family caregivers

Own the Business

• Full P&L responsibility for the Homecare Products vertical

• Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and unit economics

• Develop scalable commercial and operational structures

Build the Product Portfolio

• Evaluate and onboard MiGeL products and other relevant homecare supplies

• Identify new product opportunities based on caregiver needs and market demand

• Develop cross-selling opportunities from the company’s core business leads

E-Commerce & Distribution

• Lead and grow our Shopify-based e-commerce business

• Optimize conversion, pricing, merchandising, and customer experience

• Manage logistics and fulfillment through external partners

• Ensure operational excellence across the entire supply chain

Team & Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of 10+ employees

• Build the organizational structure needed to scale the vertical

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Business Development

• 6–10+ years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail, healthcare commerce, or consumer products

• Proven track record of building and scaling a product category or business line

• Strong experience with P&L ownership and commercial performance management

• Experience managing product portfolios, suppliers, and distribution

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building new businesses

• Experience working with Shopify or comparable commerce platforms

• Fluent German required
